Song of the Day

I don’t know much about Simon Wilcox other than not a lot of people have heard about her. In fact I cannot remember where I heard this song or when. I just know it’s a great song and it made me buy the mp3 years ago. Now I’m sharing it with you! The song is off her latest album Charm and the Strange, which is one of 3 albums she’s released since she began recording in the late 90′s.

Please also check out another song from the same album called Eyes On You. I was considering putting that song instead as the main video in this post, but changed my mind because I love Mother’s Ruin too much, even though it doesn’t have its own music video.
