band group image Wolf Parade - I'll Believe in Anything

Out of BC Wolf Parade rings true with a strong indie rock vein big enough for you to tap for months on end with a horde of feverish Canadian (British Columbian) miners. Song of the Day fo sho!

Also, check out their latest album release Expo 86, available now!

I just noticed Tania Zygar on a friend’s Facebook page and decided to investigate. I was very impressed. Part of the credit goes to “tyDi”, AKA – Tyson Illingworth, the #1 DJ in Australia who’s hit it big on Armin Van Buuren’s Armada record label. The combination of talent and experience with both of these young musical heavy-weights is all you need. It really doesn’t get any better than this. If you think it does, please share the love in the comments below or on the Song of the Day Facebook or Twitter page. We all love great music and there’s no reason to keep it all to yourself.

Get tour dates, watch more music videos, photos, discography and more on the official websites here for Tania Zygar and tyDi.

Jets Overhead - Heading For Nowhere

The Canadian indie rock band Jets Overhead not only has great music but is also nice enough to give out some of their music for free for download. Listen to their entire latest album No Nations and get their track “No Nation” for free.

Be sure to check out my favorite song of theirs “Sure Sign” too!

Other music videos by Jets Overhead:
No Nations
Seems So Far
I Should Be Born

Jets Overhead formed in 2003 and released their first album Bridges in 2006. Both albums are excellent, but I recommend checking out their latest album first with the links above.

More songs and info on Jets Overhead at their website, MySpace, and Last.fm.
